I've also heard people ask if RE1 is gonna be remade, and my answer is always …why? They already remade it. And REmake is god-tier, so it doesn't need a remake. And I wouldn't expect a remake of RE0 until they've remade code veronica X and RE 4-6.

last i recall, fromsoft was being veeeery particular about the words they use to describe elden ring's game structure- i think it's definitely not going to be a traditional open world game. it's most likely going to be some metroidvania-esque "open field" shadow of the colossus shit like dark souls 1 and 2 were.
