Nice Video and really helpful. You missed solar sails as a energy source though. It come a fair amount later but I would recommend to rush it, and it doesn't need yellow matrices.
The whole general idea — to create a Dyson Industrial Belt. At least on starter planet. Do not go close to polar areas to get more efficiency — you will get a lot of building problems and you will end up "unsatisfied".

Or like I did you just start using wind turbines to connect everything to the grid, because I'm always low on power 😂😅.
Although at many points wind turbines need too much space to use them directly in the factory.
Please make a Max efficiency orbit setup

there is also a line in the research tree that improves efficiency of miners and reduces amount used, some are early game, you will need to check as can't remember off hand
BTW, graphite is not recommended for thermal power, wince the enegy gains of graphite over coal are offset by the energy cost of turning graphite into coal
OCD triggered when solar panels built at the pole are positioned inefficiently.
On some planets the solar panels are the only possible option to get electricity. I have a barren desert planet in my solar system (so no atmosphere and no wind) with zero coal on it.
