  1. I love your set up! but i have to be that guy and tell you that your bottlenecks are the sorters, then the smelters and assemblers, then the belts. I just built a whole new base instead of fixing my old one. maybe on another planet hmmm? :3

  2. 21:48 you should let the manual research use those 32 cubes up. those are 32 blue cubes that are not available to you to move around. If you have the "use items from inventory" AND a valid blue cube research selected, any blue cubes in your inventory will get sucked into the shadow realm. So make sure you check those options before you pick up any cubes.

Of course at some point you'll no longer care about 32 cubes, so best to deal with them now.

  3. you can use the sorter mk1's very easily to increase your smelting/crafting output, you dont need the expensive mk2's yet. Like in factorio, just have one long belt running next to your machines, and connect every 3 blocks a sorter perpendicular to the belt. the sorters dont have to be alligned with the same way the belt are looking. this way you just pick stuff up from the belt instead of limiting the speed with your sorters :DD
