Look you are thinking too small with production you need to make more production that will make you more power. Also put the beam receivers on ither side of the polls and make a big array so you can tap all of the Dyson power
Also you can stack the matrix labs
Solar sails only have a specific life span apparently. There are upgrades that make them last longer
