That's cool I hope damage or death isn't something that's coming the amount of times I should have died and that possible planet looked like it had good resources on it 😊
After I finish my first dyson sphere I'm going to build one around the black hole i have checked it and I'm pretty sure you can
Gotta chime in as a physicist: there can definitely be things orbiting a black hole. Black holes don't behave any different from ordinary masses when you're far enough away. It's only when you get very close (like, VERY close, for a black hole of the mass of our sun it would be 3km) that things get weird 🙂
Also, yes, a tiny little bit disappointing, but I guess you can't really expect them to solve one of the greatest mysteries of physics 😀
Would have been nice if the mech was spaghettified (i.e. stretched to death) upon entering.
