  1. Raze probably gets the most bad reputation for being easy to play. Most people think its just place a boom bot and throw a grenade. Glad you put raze at the level of difficulty she is at.

  2. i dont understand for some characters you talking about "basic" mastery but isn't that just knowing the character and playing it at a basic level doesn't seem like its actually mastering it. you wouldn't call a decent astra or jett a master of the character if they only have basic knowledge or results playing it.

  3. my friend loves playing cypher, but he is very stubborn and doesn't try new things. Can you please make a cypher guide to encourage him to set trips for team plays instead of selfish trips, also I think that cypher mains shouldn't always rely on their setups

  4. As a Viper main, I gotta say it is much more complex than u might think… 9th place is way to low in my oppinion. Idk how KAY/O, Neon, Skye, Cypher even Raze (who is mehanicly hard with jumps but still) are above Viper in terms of complexity. Those hereos are pretty str8 forward … Idk I'd say only Astra, and Sova might be more complexed and deeper than Viper… I guess the complexity is the amount of things u have to think about whioe playing the agent. And as a Viper main I am telling u, u need to thinka bout much more things. Not just how to use your abillities but when to use them, will u need them later into the round or u can use it at that exact moment, and that question "WHEN" has a whole thought process and things to think before using. That is the hardest part of the hero in my oppinion.

  5. im s2 now since i recently ranked up from bronze 3 to silver 2 and atm I main neon and shes so fun, in all games I've played before I always wanted to learn movement mechanics like bhopping, glitches, the hardest jumps, etc.
Since you can learn backsliding and stuff with neon shes so fun 🙂

  7. I might be biased as a viper/kayo main but viper feels like she's harder especially after the nerfs cause you have to manage fuel more often and learn different techniques. Ex: swoop peaks, delayed lineups, rotating lineups, crossmap lineups, post plant lineups, stalling lineups, plant delay lineups, etc. Most of these are related to her mollies but also learning different wall and orb combos along with one ways are all difficult to manage.

  8. As a yoru main i entirely agree with his position. After his rework he became a great duelist to play with information, flanking and making space

Im not a very high rank like immortal but even at my level it's clear that to completely master Yoru you need not only a great gamesense but also a sense of even the ranks you're playing against with, because on higher elos people just dont eat the clone too much and they will go for the TP sounds whereas on lower elos is almost the opposite; on top of that his TPs require also an extra understanding of the timings of your enemies and to a point trying to predict and gamble when to send a TP and to where, cuz if you dont time it right you just waste one TP (not even have to mention his TP lineups, which are neccessary if you want to instantly rotate for example: on attack breeze from one site to the other).

Also his play with information is simply so unique that it would require months even for someone to completely master him, not even accounting for the requirement of mechanical skills that all duelists need.

This is also a reason why I kinda get a bit salty when people instalock him in ranked and dont know how to play him; even playing him on a "fundamental"/basic level, he's not your everyday duelist that you can flash everything and you teleport around the map and still expect to make kills.

  9. I feel like you guys aren't holding every agent to the same standard. Are we talking about mastering or just being able to pick them up and play average? Cause some you talk about 'basic' and some you talked about 'mastering'. You gotta set the same standard for everyone cause if not its inconsistent.

  10. Disagree for Omen, the rest is fine. Omen is really hard to play well, juste based on his smokes a good omen can move while using his smokes and the tp timings are hard to see sometimes. Most omen that i see do not play it really good imo

  11. viper should be higher imo. im a viper main myself (so yeah im a bit biased) and playing her forces you into that IGL role. You need to be the one to say hey guys lets go here, plant here bc im playign for lineups, im gonna ult, entry for me, etc.). Not to mention theres some lineups (especially for the orb) that you need to know if youre the only smokes character on your team (think blocking off heaven on haven a site or blocking off backsite and heaven on icebox a site). I agree that shes not as hard as something like astra but def top 6 if not top 5 imo.

  12. Before Astra was nerfed, she was so powerful that I highly doubt she would have been any close to the hardest characters to play (I say this as a former Astra player). Using smokes with her has been pretty much X point and click without even having to worry about the range and cooldown as much as you'd do with Brimstone or Omen. However, now she'd be more difficult indeed. Now you have to properly use those 4 stars and time the smokes. I never really found her ultimate difficult to use properly though, but that might just be me.

Sova is a character that you have to learn a lot more about whenever a new map is released or whenever there are major map changes. I overall find him more difficult than Astra, but that's just my opinion.

And yes, Omen should have been moved up somewhat more.

  13. I used to play astra a lot because before the nerf it was the best smoker and I play smoker a lot but I haven't played her at all since the nerf

  14. As a main viper, I actually felt offended with neon placement. I mean, I put so many hours into learning lineups, defensive and offensive, how to play around smokes, use them to enter sites, deny vision, deny plants, etc. Neon only has to run, slide and raise a wall.

  15. After playing Raze and only Raze in Bronze/Silver for 2 years straight, I honestly thought that you'd put her lower lol. The grenade needs a lot of giga-brain game sense, but it's pretty easy to determine what you need to do with the satchels (Entry double onto site or single on a wall, retreat throw it out beside you and instantly activate it, stall throw it out and try to push back opponents etc.). Roomba has lineups, but that's mostly only useful if your team doesn't have info gathering. I find it hard to get the right timing for the ult, but I'm bad at the game anyway.

  16. Gotta say, as a female gamer, thanks for not making the Manscaped part super awkward for girls. A lot of people go into quite a bit of detail and say stuff like “Your balls will thank you.” And while it’s silly and relatable for guys, it’s just super awkward for girls and I end up completely skipping that part so I don’t feel uncomfortable. Thanks for just giving the facts and relating to the guy viewers but also not making it awkward. You get an instant subscriber

  17. I main Breach and I gotta say, he is hard. He can bully not only to your opponents but also to your teammates because his abilities also affects his teammates. But once you get a hold of him he really is something.
