Elegy for the end, and how it is terrible for venti.
There is just so many problems with it. and making it not WORTH pulling in comparison to really good 5 star weapon, such as WGS or Homa unless you are an omega whale.

Actually the idea of the bow is to teamed venti with character that leaves him a elemental buff such as (xingqui,beidou,fishl). yup he will be the main damager once other character buffed him already thats the only time you will use Venti burst, after the run time of his burst (or once you already got the full stack of effect) then u can swap him, the elemental bonus + damage of the bow will benefit his other team to synergies their skills .(e.g elemtal buff + atk% to xingqui will cost his elemental skill devastating damage or a non perfect counter of beidou will have decent damage.. and list goes on). But yeah that bow is expensive af
To me it looks like a bow for diona since her ult cooldown is 20 second and with r5 and c6 that will be 400 em to ur other teammates
u realize venti is meant to be support
this bow has energy recharge and a built in noblesse effect and elemental mastery buff he doesnt need dmg
so what the base dmg is lower than the other bows venti is utility not a dps base atk shouldn't matter he is a god support that does not need dmg stats
this is his best bow.

they just need to change the underwhelming buffs to widsith tier ones

Seems like its also good on Diona since hold E hits 5 times and her c6 also gives EM for melt/vape team. Her ult cd is also 20s.
But yeah too bad its bad on venti 🙁

This bow isnt for Dps
Even for childe BIG nah
Even for diona( passive stacks has .02 interval ) diona paws hits like same time
This bow is actually good for venti good but not great
And for now, it is the bast weap slot for him due to the fact that his bow itself could buff another characters
(This is better than nothing)
I think you are exaggerating things and make it sound terrible just because his cd and weapon cd doesn’t match
Looking at the character demo again, Skyward Harp is Venti's signature bow. Elergy was never meant to be Venti's and I don't think any official sources say it's specifically for him.
It would've made more sense if it had EM substats. Lol
What I find funny is you can get a similar effect with a sucrose and a tales of a dragón slayer
Are you running Venti as a main DPS or something? Because all this issues you are listing are for a main DPS. This bow is pure support and seems decent at least. Why does Venti need to do damage when he is just an enemy vacuum? I don't understand the complaint. He does decent damage already. Besides, you are just gonna run in with your main DPS and destroy the enemies so what does it matter? Also, having some energy recharge on the bow makes it so you can go for better artifact stats. I'm not defending the bow. I am criticizing the mentality to complain about the bow. Oh no the bow makes you kills shit faster. It's so bad. It's not like a lot of people are struggling with spiral abyss and can use a bow like this.

I'm happy with my stringless/rust on fischl, favonius free bow on venti, OP sac bow on diona. I could refine this weapon any day since its not limited, and is available too on character banner. And I'm just gonna watch whales suffering from getting R5 skyward sword before getting the Elegy bow R1, then ended up using it for 1 shotting mobs only.
And then there's the free bow from he event 👀
Let me make a point.
1. Weapon hasn't been out yet
2. your basing this off the info from Honey hunters
3. Usage in game rather than info speaks louder

IMO i think this bow is very good to be set with noblesse 4 set. You might consider this. So when venti use the burst instead of dropping down the res 40%..with noblesse and this weapon it will instead give attack up 40% and you can now also utilize the cross element reaction during his burst. Before if using veredicent 4 set. During venti ulti, you have to use the same element to utilize the 4 set affect which make us deficit of elemental reaction.
This vids pretty true it isn't insane but I definitely want it just because it looks so beautiful on him and I love the design so much!
so in order to match Sucrose EM Godlike Buff, they made this weapon for Venti? lol Devs tried but Sucrose EM is still 10x better than Venti, despite having that weapon will not do so much haha Sucrose buff will only laught it off

I feel like this is the nerf ver of wgs. Since that weapon buff an entire party for a very good amount and easy to use.
This one is more of a balanced weapon, but instead they nerfed it too much
In summary
Er – nice but you don't need it
EM – nice but you also don't need it
Increase damage – give others character thier 5* increase more damage

I'd rather use the favonius bow on a support who wants ER than that bow, at least then they can battery the entire team.
the moment Elegy published i predict its for childe's signature weapon. archons already have their own universal blessings. Venty: Skywards, Zhongli: Unforged Vortex (the names vary, but its geo signature blessings . soon the bow)
