  13. I had the same Game/Quest breaking bug on Fallout 4 at 3:35. This bug made me quit the game because the quest and the location was broken af, the quest giver didn't spawn and the shopkeeper who you shoulda been able to buy shit from is in a glitched state where she only says "enjoy your stay", also the doors for me were open even though i didn't even get to do the test to see if i'm human, also when i go to their hideout then the enemies are t-posing and can't attack you. This made me hate Bethesda more bc every game they make has some kinda of game breaking bug, Fallout would be better on the hands of Obsidian.
