ER Doctor, Jordan Wagner, is back on Experts React!
This episode, he’ll be reacting to the illnesses and injuries in “Red Dead Redemption 2”. From contracting tuberculosis, to knife, pistol and shotgun attacks, to 19th century surgeries and decaying bodies, the ER Doctor will tell us what is accurate and what is not in this game.
So, sit back and enjoy the ride!
Red Dead Redemption 2 is a Western-themed action-adventure game. Played from a first or third-person perspective, the game is set in an open-world environment featuring a fictionalized version of the Western, Midwestern, and Southern United States in 1899, during the latter half of the Wild West era and the turn of the twentieth century. The game features both single-player and online multiplayer components, the latter released under Red Dead Online.
For most of the game, the player controls outlaw Arthur Morgan, a member of the Van der Linde gang, as he completes numerous missions—linear scenarios with set objectives—to progress through the story; from the game’s epilogue, the player controls John Marston, the playable protagonist of the game’s predecessor, Red Dead Redemption.
Outside of missions, the player may freely roam the game’s interactive world. The player may engage in combat with enemies using melee attacks, firearms, throwables, or explosives. Combat has been refined from the game’s predecessor, and notable new mechanics consist of dual-wielding and the ability to use a bow. The player is granted the ability to swim as Arthur, but not as John—a reference to the previous game, where swimming led to instant death.

Hey everyone. Sorry about the few moments I misspoke about Tuberculosis being a virus, it very much is a bacteria. That was a covid slip, as we were talking about it off camera and it has been the hot topic to say the least this last year.
12:58 This would explain why Zombies look so ugly in Movies, Shows, and Video games.
Ya cause a shotgun typically has a sniper scope attached lol
Next we want to see a caveman reacting to Far Cry Primal
Okay, but what about uncle's lumbago?
EXTREME SPOILER ALERT for RDR2 everyone
But where is Lumbago???
What about uncle's Lumbago😂
16:49 some people already hate hospitals now you are telling me there are areas you don't have access to lol
'Tuberculosis is airborne […] it takes a small amount of VIRUS to get somebody else infected.'
Cool.
Too bad they didn't go into much detail regarding Lumbago. Would have been very enlightening to hear the doctor's perspective on Uncle's horrible condition.
No one gonna talk about how thats a rolling block RIFLE not a shotgun? XD
the doctor looks a little bit like turner out of cod ww2
Warning! Contains some spoilers.
At the end, I think Arthur sterilized the knife and stabbed himself was to be sure the wound was wide enough for insertion of the candle 🕯. And to also try and sterilize the wound, although at that point it’s been there for awhile so is probably already infected
I like how's he so nonchalant as Arthur and John just keep murdering people and animals 😂😂
Arthur and John see ER doctor hating on their killing skills: instakill enabled
Congratulations internet you have finally broken me. I am sat watching a DR comment on the clinician skills of a character in a computer game
12:20 I don't think that was a shotgun
ER doctor sees a rifle with an optic sight, "that looks like a shotgun"
That… Is a rifle
Next, zombie reacts to last of us
Theres alot of stuff that i haven't experienced in rdr 2. And i have like 100 hours playtime. I never saw the decay and Arthur helping that dude that fell of his horse. This game is just a masterpiece.
Thanks for the spoiler
I didnt know when i first played it that dude made arthur sick😕
I fucking burst out laughing when the doctor reacted to the first arrow shot 😂😂😂
