Markstrom had this rant about the sound isn't broken, it's the lack of optimization in the game.
I'd say that last player scav kill demonstrates the sound is just plain broken.
I think this game is more fun to watch than play.

Sound issues are the most scuffed aspect of the game. It'd be a lot less frustrating to play if they were fixed.
