  1. imo the kiting nerfs to the jungle feels off. it's like having micro in lane for specific things, clearing camps no longer has that micro feeling, it truly gave junglers an edge on their opponent, practicing their champ and knowing their clear, now it feels monotonous

  2. I'm so happy there's no promos. I remember last season when I was in silver promos, and lost them because I had a TF in jungle, and a Rengar top that both AFK'd 5 minutes in after feeding two kills.

  3. As a jungler, kiting the camps was just tedious… it wasn’t really ‘skill’ intensive when you get higher up and everyone is ‘skilled.’ Dragging the camps is still just as good. And I ALWAYS go for the little golems. It was a great change making you have to take all of them for the full benefit. Skipping before them just made them pointless and to make use of them adding the need to take them was great.

    Taking away duo is great too. Duo increases your chance of winning by a huge margin. And for the boosters, they basically used duo as a way to boost. I will always remember Pants literally duoing to challenger. That was some lame s***.

  4. I think the nerf to kiting camps in the jungle was a nice change because last season junglers who could kite camps more easily and heal with their basic abilities had a huge advantage over those that couldn't.

  5. So basically, Riot just adjusted game toward those players who do not know to play. It is the same like when teacher focuses on people who are bad in school and have bad grades and ignores talented students completely to make everyone in the class equal. It is a logic that only has sense if you want to earn more money, by damaging quality.

  6. Kiting Jungle: Finally I hear this from another role, as an adc the current states definitely feels dumbed down, too much point and click kill potential. I always enjoyed watching high elos kite the jungle camps, in short ts is dumbing the game down and this is what riot's intentions are. It is unhealthy for those who have spent years getting good at the game, Riot is more interested in growing the player base/business by removing skill caps like kiting, since the new changes as an adc i just dont feel the same fun kiting anymore with all the burst around… Riot says they want games to be shorter so its not boring but games are still averaging around 30min like last season if i'm not mistaken. It seems as though there is a law of diminishing return of trying to shorten the game that they maxing already unless they just cut the prices of all items or buff cs gold etc. Increasing damage will only make fights end sooner, and I quite enjoy watching pros engage a gruelling 5v5 skirmish i dont want it to be over in 1 second. Spectators want to see action not games end fast, NOR DO PLAYERS Hence i think the changes are more aimed at bringing on new players just like the constant new champ releases, giving noobs the courage of starting a champ no one else has mastered yet. As ADC main of 5 years seeing top/mid/jungle hard carry if they stomp which isn't the case as much as bot is just getting old, i had to sneak some salt in there 😉
