Hey a Novell there's a bug on switch not sure if it's on pc and console but whenever I get a loot pack from the bp or the treasure packs I have a chance at not actually getting the pack unless I spend money to buy a pack then it'll let me open both, I completed the daily treasure pack thingy and it says I have the eva 8 skin but when I go to equip it, it isn't there. Ig I have to pay to get the free rewards now.
I won't lie I've noticed that when I forget about a pack I got and come back to it next time I play, I tend to get better items out of it than normal. Maybe it's intentional to incentivize you to play the game more since you left without caring about having a pack? Idk, could still just be coincidence after all.
