After getting my Kappa container, I started to farm Shturman for the new mission that unlocks the ability to purchase the Mk.18 . There are many ways to farm the boss, some are certainly more efficient than others.
This video starts off with testing different strategies before I settle into an AK-101 ergonomic build and go for close, CQB pushes from the south side of the lumber camp. This allows you to push into the boss before he gets triggered and giving you easy kill opportunities.

I like doing night runs with a map-153/saiga-12 with flechette or ap-20 when hunting shturman
Why not get into cover "before" healing? The guy shoots you and you just walk in a straight line healing like you're immortal…it's not like he could miss under those circumstances…also, reloading is not mandatory each time you fire…you make yourself an immediate pincushion when you do it with raiders and PMCs at point blank range maneuvering and/or taking aim. Making a conscious effort not to spam reload each time you fire will make you a better player and allow you to capitalize on more opportunities and/or save yourself getting wacked while waiting for the reload mechanic to finish. Just an observation…all of the above could be false.
What gun is that in the beginning and what is the name of that scope on it?

Man, my 2 Shturman kills were with MP-153 AP-20s, 1 at 3-5m, the other at a 100m lol Similar strat to this actually, learned it quick since I needed to make sure they didnt see me until I let off some fire lol

I kinda wish Shturman would be able to patrol around other locations in the new parts of the map. There's so many places out there that would make him so dangerous to encounter.
