Wish I was there for the orchestra event. I went to one here in AZ for the whole of FF and they showed us an, at the time, exclusive video to watch. But that was a couple years ago and I wish I remembered what the video was.

You never know, maybe the exclusion of everything from the DLC character missions, and a seventh weapon (for a game that’s named Final Fantasy 7), was by design, and they knew that they had something special cooking for the fans and wanted to wait to include it in the Definitive Edition.
OMG I know you said it’s a bit of a stretch, but can you imagine how awesome a Red XIII episode would be? Just think about it, going around as Red, maybe having one or two fights against Hojo before Red’s captured, and experimented on…and finding out more information Hojo and giving you more emphasis on Red and Hojo’s relationship, and the background of Hojo
A moogle side quest would be awesome! Waiting to see what side quest will they have for us !

More and more hints lead to the game not coming to Xbox at all. PS4 + PS5 + PC will be the only platforms this game will be on. Sony will just throw even more money at Square-Enix, especially since they already own some Final Fantasy 7 rights since the PS1 days anyway.

Definitive Edition is going to be a sure thing, for sure. Would be amazing if we got some new/fresh content (like an extra chapter or two), rather than just a "next-gen" experience. I still hold slight hope of a tease of Remake Part II. I know it is still early in development, but I'm sure they could have a teaser trailer, slightly similar to the original reveal of the remake. Thou that could very well be saved for E3 or Sony Presser in the near future. Hey, who knows, a REAL outside chance we might see what "Ever Crisis" and "The First Solider" is about. Anyway can't wait to see what the announcement they have.
It'd be so fun to go through the overworld or even Junon with the occulus. I just remember it as a really detailed town already but the visuals would be even more fun in 1st person, even if there's just side content for it. Anyways. I'm just happy that the 2nd part is coming out so soon. This is great!

While the regular game play would be beautiful in VR. A VR fight in that game would end up with you destroying whatever room you're in and probably passing out. The motorcycle challenges would probably be fun in VR though
