Raiyu I think RE Biohazard and village were an introduction to what happened with rose and her family because it said the father's story has ended and I think rose knew this story from Chris or Mia because she was small during village and didn't know her father and what he had done and also that guy and during village rose was referred to as Eveline or successor to her so in some way she is related to Eveline so she is connected to umbrella or Chris like Mia before Biohazard JUST A CALCULATED GUESS
