  1. Games like fortnite have no progression at all and people still play a lot of that. Maybe Warframe just needs a better pvp mode to keep it fresh. Would be kind of cool if you could hop into someone's session, (if they have the option toggled), as a high level grineer or corpus and try to keep them from reaching their goal.

  2. I stopped playing warframe back in 2015, i picked it back up at the end of 2018. I played the hell out of it for a solid year again, then I put it away again in Dec of 2019.
The only reason I played that game, was to make my Mag the strongest and try to make her useable in every situation, which can be very hard to do with her. I know Mag inside and out, and a lot of people don't realize how strong and amazing she is. I made her very strong, and I dominated with the highest dmg/kills in just about every squad I joined, except with those who found out about the newest OP weapon builds/mods before I did.
I love the game, but I have to stop playing it for a couple years at a time, and then pick it back up again. The community is starting to become more toxic, even on the market. I remember when players use to just try to help each other out and lower the cost in plat for different prime sets/mods… now it feels likes everyone trying to take advantage of you instead of just being real with each other.
I guess I played the game for the community Warframe use to be.

  3. I built a powerful clan in hopes solar rails would re open but got burned out and handed it to my 2nd in command honestly sad because I just can't be a leader to look to if I can't even stand playing it anymore

  4. I cant lie, Warframe has… Lost its flavor for me. I busted my a** to build my Railjack and when I finally built it, the game became… Stale.

I dont hate the game, let me be clear. Initially, when my buddy basically dragged me into playing it, I didnt like it. But then one day, while waiting for Destiny 2 (somewhere around that time before Destiny 2 came out) I was like "… Imma give Warframe another shot".

A few years later. Mastery Rank 17. A Excal Umbra thats as kitted out as I can make it to suit my needs, and I have the guns I could want. I dont play it much anymore even with the Helminth system (which I havent unlocked due to not being able to obtain the neccessary stuff I need to progress to Rank 3 Entrati) and Deimos is by far the smallest Open World area, which is NOT a bad thing. If anything its a good thing. Makes it more difficult to get lost.

At the very least on the surface of Deimos. Underground? Havent really explored it much due to a lack of incentive. I… Really didnt find the Necromech concept very attracting. Sure I could get one myself but… Gonna be honest here. The grind just got stale.

My main target was the Helminth system, because I wanted to see what kind of whacky crap I could do. Ultimately I stopped and frankly? I just wish there was more to do.

Again. I do NOT hate Warframe. It has its issues, every game does. But theres a time when a man needs to step away from something he loves.

To quote Mara Sov from Destiny 2: "Too much of a good thing can make you sick."

  5. You know there really is no other purpose for me to play warframe anymore. Since I've gotten what I want… but no I am not MR 30 I don't have unlimited plat nor forma.
Because one day when I was doing a steel path endurance run it clicked on me…. why am I farming steel essence? why am I continuing to grind for more plat to buy slots forma and potatoes.
No content in the game can survive the damage you deal to them for me at least.

Steel path brought nothing interesting, it was like congratulations on finishing the star chart… now do it again, but with harder enemies. .. but wait, there is a chance for this item to drop, which you need like 100 of to exchange to get cosmetics. Also you need to farm for hours to obtain it.

In the end there was nothing else to do, no enemy worthy of fighting. The eidolons meh don't like em profit taker, meh.

  6. As a Destiny player, I hope Warframe can improve and draw more players with a better progression system. We need more competition in live service looter shooters so companies have more of an incentive to work harder to earn the player's time (looking at you, Bungie)

  7. as a player coming from the Division Franchise for the past 4 years, Warframe is SUCH a breath of fresh air! My only complaint is not having a clear view of where to go, what to do, lol. Xbox guy here….

  8. I don’t know what the point of playing warframe is. You just need 1 strong weapon and frame then your done. I can make a gset but what do I need it for? For destiny I need a god set to get the edge in crucible, raids, and strikes. Sometimes I wanna log into warframe and get stronger stuff then I just think, “What for?” Then I close it.
