I'm glad I'm not the only disappointed no Ningguang, instead we get other 4* geo who has her rate up last month. Tbh I'm not tempted to roll this banner. In fact I dont need to since I have ZL already and even I want Noelle I need to spend material from zero when my Ning is already my best dps. Not even mention the weapon banner.
