I don’t think first strike is going to be a massive rune for senna, I mean it does give gold and extra dmg but it’s not too much, and if u get poked in lane a lot because it bot lane, u lose it easily and also: lethal tempo changes give attack range and will let senna have a lot more scaling, this is my opinion but it’s prob fax

I think Lethal Tempo is way better on Senna. First Strike is underwhelming as it is right now. I think its more focused on assasins. Edit: Yes Ap Chogath is gonna be an issue next season. I hope they nerf his ap ratios
