Real bad news about the gyms closing, but I’m not gonna let that defeat me!

I weighed in at a whopping 123.4kg! I was wearing socks, trackies and boxers. I took my hoodie off at the time because it was wet and heavy!

  1. Without sounding rude, what has made you gain weight over the last year or so? Because I'd of though being plant based it would be tough to gain weight? Do you binge or certain plant based foods?

  2. Spot on…got nothing to add…A1 on the vinegar, that's a huge benefit…love pearl barley..it's amazing… there's an old saying..really old … "breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dine like a pauper" spot on !
    Don't underestimate the walking… it's incredible for mental health…which of course supports and strengthens your resolve.
    All in all, I'd say a 10 out of 10 first day !
    I'd still buy some frozen veggies in case things get a bit fucked with Brexit/borders and whatnot…..

    On a side note,I remember you saying in the past “don’t do anything you don’t feel comfortable or safe with” whilst Deliverooing…may have saved my bike from attempted theft again…👍…cheers.
