Setup can be one of the most brutal tasks to grind through. This wipe I decided to have as much fun as I could with it. We bullied some low level players, salted the earth with some high level players, and just had as much fun with it as we could.
Setup is a task/quest from skier in Escape From Tarkov where you need to kill 15 PMCs on Customs with a Ushanka ear-flap cap, a scav vest, and an MP series shotgun. Most players do this with AP-20. We did too. And we ruined a lot of dream that night.

I think they just nerfed some basic money making barter trades. Prapor wants two USB-A's and a pack of Marlboro's in addition to a cat statue for the AKS-74U w/can, and Skier wants two chains along with the rechargeable battery for his ADAR. Those are the two main ones I noticed (no level 4 traders unlocked yet). Fortunately Mechanic still does his Glock w/RMR for two WD-40's.
