  7. Decided to make another one shot for this day (and all the days after that have a focus on uncorrupted BF, since I’m focusing on his pov lol)

    How long has it been since Boyfriend first became stuck like this? In this limbo of consciousness and unconsciousness?

    After he was bathed in darkness his mind was no longer his own, no thoughts or at least ones that were his own formed in his head. Yet he still felt to a degree. He felt the ground beneath his feet, he felt his claw like fingers prickle at his hands. He even felt the sickly sludge that coated his body.

    But he did not… could not think, speak or see.
    All he could do was feel and hear… that’s if the faint ambience of the abyss could count as that.
    And for a long time it stayed liked that for Boyfriend. A permeant passenger of his own body, lost in a sea of darkness forever.

    That is until one day something changed. He… felt more than before. More than just idly standing. He was moving, or perhaps chasing something or rather… Hunting.

    And soon he felt himself moving in a rhythm like he was singing? And dodging?

    “What the hell is happening out there?” Boyfriend thought.
    Wait… he… thought, an actual coherent thought not muddled by darkness.

    Boyfriend was left little time to ponder as his senses were overloaded for a few moments as everything came back at once. He found himself seeing, breathing, feeling and thinking once more. Things he was sure were lost forever.

    And as he managed to recollect himself he quickly took in his surroundings.

    Music was playing, his body was aching in pain and exhaustion. and from what he could now see, others were in a similar predicament to himself just moments prior, all expect for that kid named pump he met a while ago, Pico the person who seems to have saved him from his prison and… Girlfriend.

    Seeing her actual face again despite it being worried and dazed filled him with almost overwhelming emotion. He couldn’t help himself from smirking as he began singing along with Pico again.

    He knew they weren’t quite out of the woods yet as he felt the darkness try and lull him back. But he refused to listen, this was his chance to make things right and he refused to mess it up.

    They could do this!

    They could save everyone!

    …
    Right?

    Also side note, I totally wrote this instead of doing work right now lmao.
