Undyne found the wanted person named Zay.

Zay is the wanted criminal who working with Fatal Error.

Undyne fight with Zay, and arrest her. So she (Undyne) can tell her (Zay) about information of Fatal Error’s plan.

After defeated her (Zay), Zay has been dissapear. But it was decoy. Undyne has been tricked. The Real Zay can make a perfect clone for a decoy. And the real Zay is going back to her place.
