1) Gf's vocals in love n' funkin are provided by Flyplague who also provided Gf's vocals in Antipathy mod at the song Lockjaw.
2) Some of the devs on Doki Doki takeover mod also worked on Antipathy mod. Natsuki made a cameo appearance in the mod dressed up as Hank.
3) Other than Zipper, Natsuki mention Sunday and Yuri mentions Tabi. They also appear in the menu. And yes the line Natsuki says is indeed from Monster Inc.
4) Epiphany with lyrics are written by Juno songs who is known for writing lyrics of different fnf songs. I suggest you check out his channel.
5) In the menu you can find cameos of Zipper, Sunday, Tabi, Bendy, Nikku, Hank, Grey, Static, Cyrix and Ken.

About a few songs:
-Epiphany: Like a few people mentioned it, actually their events is actually set up in Act 3 (Just Monika)
-Libitina: Actually, the woman (Elyssa) has no relation with DDLC crew (but… in the game, they indirectly mentioned about Project: Libitina), people's theories about that, are mostly that it would be a future game by Team Salvato, but that's just another Game Theory
-Most Side Stories Songs: Currently their events are set up during Doki Doki Takeover, but in another PoV. Except for Constricted, that's due to her "accidental" meeting with other mods
-Titular (MC Mix): Even if it's most fav song in the VS Impostor mod. This fit because MC is the Main Character of the game. Like Henry Stickmin does in his own game series
