For those who dont know, this is based off the blue usb creepypasta, it tells a story about someones long time friend who they havent seen for a while has a seziure due to a blue usb, the main character plugs this blue usb in, its like the normal sonic 1. but after a short playthrough, the player can't move, he notices the countdown, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5 at 5 the player moves again and closes their eyes. they hear a woman screaming for long, after that the player takes off the usb and destroys it.

Originally the mod was gonna have the kefla laugh but twitter being twitter this caused a upset because some people thought it was out of place because pendrive came before sonic.exe so apparently this makes it some sort of unspoken law that means it shouldn’t have the laugh to begin with.
