After the events of Sonic 1, Dr. Ivo Robotnik was left with an entire base of operations, destroyed by the blue blur, Sonic the Hedgehog. The old man was about to clean the mess that was left in the wake of Sonic, when he stumbled across a charred, dead Flicky that had been burnt by a Badnik. The doctor’s curiosity was at first, off-put by the sight; at that same time, however, the aroma coming from the corpse intrigued him. He took a careful bite from the burnt portion of the Flicky. This prey mod was from the SONIC.EXE 2.5 / 3.0 cancelled build.
