I actually found the bean bag in the vents the first time I explored covert cavern. I really like the new poi; it has to be my favorite poi based on the storyline.
Considering the fact that Midas is back and also the fact that Skye seems to be hiding near the vents (which is kinda sus), it is likely that Midas hired Skye (I have a theory/headcanon about how he recruited his agents) once again, but this time to spy on the IO.
However, it is worth mentioning that the IO could have hired Skye – or a snapshot, if I'm right about how they work – and for some obscure reason, she is hiding in the vents (she's the imposter at this point).
Obviously, the second theory seems unlikely, as it seems weird that she would be hiding from her 'employers', so I am leaning towards theory one.
