If Geno is controlling the Zero Point, how come Singularity's mecha, Galactus and others could mess with it, move it, etc?
Also, in Chapter 1 Singularity was the Guardian of the Zero Point! During the Unvaulting event we saw her helmet in the Nexus that houses the Zero Point, she used its energy to power Neo-Tilted that she had founded, and she grabbed the Zero Point during the battle against the Devourer to give her mecha and sword a power boost to slay the Devourer. Donald Mustard had not invented the Imagined Order back then, I'm 100% certain. I think originally Chapter 2 was supposed to be about Ghost vs Shadow. That's why Agent Jones' office was full of GHOST stuff. Epic simply retconned it into "the I.O. steals technology and other stuff from all sorts of sources": the aliens, GHOST, Stark Industries…

Also a question: If the portal device used a shard of the zero point to work and can protect not just the wielder but others near it, can the small rifts be used to create a robot of sorts that's always immune to the zero point effects and roam the omniverse/multiverses freely?
