I used the Predators weapon wrap for just about all Star Wars skins, because they make the guns look the closest to the weapons from the movies, also why do they keep releasing stormtrooper with Y-wing and not the Tie fighter
I kinda wish they also released all the other Star Wars skins

I run Fennec with the Galactic Pack backbling, fits her pretty well
Finding the right pickaxe is more difficult, but since she's an assassin any knife would look good with her imo, maybe Sarah Connor's knife
I personally would love basically a whole Star Wars season with people like palpatine, vader, Luke , Leia, Han, and in someway bring C3PO and R2D2

The 'Battle Barn' wrap from the 'Farm Stand' set is basically perfect for Fennec Shand with it's faded and dirty red/orange colour with black. Also the 'Instigator' pickaxe from Chp.1 Sea.3 is a fairly good match in colours (just a tiny bit brighter red) and also doesn't look like something that would be out of place in Star Wars.

I was a little disappointed that she didn't come with an alternate style, without the helmet. Does the fact that Fennec is played by Ming-Na Wen, the voice of the original Disney Mulan, does this mean she's also the first Disney princess in Fortnite? I know, it's a stretch.
