I have all of these 4 stars already except for Xingqiu. But, I really want Ningguang c1. Its probably better to grab Xing and just hope for a c1 for ning on a random pull, but I have ning decked out and adding AOE at c1 is really tempting. Wtf to do

It's between C2 Ninguang or C6 Xingqiu, recently got Lost prayers and she's the only one that can use it reliably, Xingqiu is Xingqiu so having him on C6 is pretty solid as well.
