There is a daily login event throughout the month of March on the Hoyolab website.
First, check in on the website itself to receive 100 Primogems through in-game mail. After that, there is a separate “check in” button on the website which will take you to a calendar of daily check-in items.
If you are on mobile, you may need to go into your game settings ► account ► link account to your mihoyo account.
