Hypno’s Lullaby 2.0 mod recently got canceled due to some little drama. It was supposed to be released on Halloween for Spooky Month BUT! It doesn’t feel like a cancelled mod with the amount of content that’s in this build. They might have removed a few assets and a song or 2 but everything seems to be complete. (From CommunityGame)

in frostbite Red is not responsible for the dead Pokémon. when gold climbed the mountain they all died of frostbite. Red is long dead by the time gold gets there.

Gold/blake went to Mt. Silver to challenge red but ended up getting hyperthermia including the pokemons that includes red pokemon and him as well
red died 1st before blake/gold found him to spot thats why the 1st appearances he seems alive but ghost looking.
The pokemons in frostbite are dead by hypothermia and other pokemons

Time to say why we see the died pokemons on background of frostbite so the version of pokemon silver was hacked by gameshark is an item for hack cartridges but the pokemons died by the us ( blake/ gold ) how someone name him. died pokemons from our pokemon typhlosion but ok so end of the tiny hack was the red pulls out pokeball With Freakachu ( version of pikachu but creepy )
