Friday Night Funkin’ – Mistful Crimson Morning Bonus VS Squidward Spongebob (FNF Mod/Hard/DEMO) for the PC in 2160p Ultra HD. This is a Friday Night Funkin’ mod entirely based on a recent meme trend, I was an intern at Nickelodeon Studios for a year in 2005 for my animation degree. It’s not paid of course, most internships aren’t, but it does have some perks beyond education. To adults it doesn’t seem like a big deal, but most kids at the time would go crazy over it.
In Chapter 1 of the story, SpongeBob heads over to Patrick to see if he wants to go jellyfishing with him, only to be eaten and seemingly killed by him as he turns into a monstrous version of himself. As a result, Sandy goes out to avenge him by slicing Patrick in half, only for both halves to regenerate and become two Patricks.

Chapter 16 reveals what happened during Chapter 1 through Squidward’s POV, with SpongeBob going over to his house to ask if he wants to jellyfish with him, only to have the door slammed in his face after Squidward rudely declines the invitation. An hour later, after Squidward is attacked by a Patrick clone, he runs outside to find SpongeBob’s dissolved body and his clothes, which leads Squidward to try to avenge SpongeBob as well, feeling guilty after realizing that this was the last time he ever saw SpongeBob alive (or so he thinks).

At the end of Chapter 16, however, it’s revealed that SpongeBob is actually still alive as he saves Good Patrick and Gary, explaining how he was able to regenerate himself from loose cells of his body that Patrick left as a result of being a messy eater. He then fuses with the portions of his body that had proliferated on the other Patricks and turns into Porifera. As Porifera, he immediately sucks up all of Patrick’s clones (with the exception of Good Patrick, who Squidward holds onto) and digests them all.
