Ive been thinking long and hard, and i think this shows us how the curruption starts, and the effect it had on bf. First he started acting strange, but was still him. Then his eye area was infected, in which it spread from there. But thats just a theory, A GAME THEORY! Thanks for reading!

I love how they changed Senpai's alternate expression from "Anger and frustration" to "Disgust and confusion" because pretty much anyone in his situation would react in a similar manner.
