Genuinely a REALLY damn cool Mario styled interpretation of some Sonic.exe songs, it was really cool going through this mod and seeing all the new and interesting stuff they changed! The art was super cool looking, all of the sprites were pretty damn creepy and very unique looking, loved the Mario sprites in the first song a TON, they looked really cool and fit with the Too Slow aesthetic really well! All the songs were genuinely absolute BANGERS too, they all definitely felt like mixes of the Sonic.exe song, but in the most unique way possible, I’m not sure how to explain it, but they definitely feel much different, but still very similar at the same time! Really damn fun, loved the added Endless remix as well, genuinely really cool idea executed very well! Hope you guys enjoy!

Channel Info:
This channel consists of videos about modifications to a rhythmic video game (some of which I personally worked on) that range from slightly difficult to very hard for most players. Four arrows fly towards the screen forcing you to press them at the right time to the music. Hitting all the arrows in a song counts as a “Full Combo”, which is very hard to do and takes a lot of time and practice to be able to do consistently and is the main gimmick of my channel, which I showcase in each video. I also include secrets and extra content that might’ve been undiscovered and show them off through instructional and entertaining ways that can be used as guides, as well as occasionally adding my own input on things happening in the video, all done through my creative editing style that focuses on being concise and transformative. In the descriptions I give my in-depth opinion on the video game as well as timestamps for each part of the video. All the videos were played, recorded and edited by me.

  15. I've been a fan of Fire's content for a while, so this is a really cool mod to see! It's also nice that they base it off of the Super Mario World cartoon, I have a lot of nostalgia for that show (he even included Oogtar, amazing attention to detail). The sprites could use some work, but in general it's a pretty amazing mod.

  23. WHAT?! Tysm for playing the mod! I'm at a genuine loss for words and frankly hella confused as to how this even got here after only being out for a few hours ._. This wasn't even meant to be a mod in the first place, just some charts I did for fun but Weebo (sprite artist) changed that pretty fast lmao.   35. The remixes of all these songs are cool, the art could use some fixing up specifically for the YCR mario, Triple Trouble Mario and Luigi, but otherwise, pretty cool mod tbh

  39. Nice, another video from Flippy! Personally I enjoyed how it seemed to be one of these two scenarios:

    1. 'Mario' is using its puppets more often, even using the Luigi one for Time Attack. For intimidation, this creature is definitely going for it.
    2. 'Mario' has less control. From Time Attack we see Luigi revolting (This could be him being used as a puppet) and at the end of Mario is Missing, the lost souls revolt, no longer wishing to be controlled by this beast.

    Overall, I really enjoyed this mod! (Note: I thought that red eye in 'Mario''s mouth was a tongue for too long)
