the two opponents are from a Spanish animated series and comics' line called " Mortadelo And Filemón " which is also considered a great piece of many people from spain 's childhood, the entire spanish comic franchise is created, illuistrated and written by comician Francisco Ibanez .
due to this day being the Constitution day in Spain and these two characters are one of the biggest representers of this latin european region's animation community, the devs of this mod obviously decided to make a mod of them to celebrate this day!
