In this AU, Eggman becomes an insane maniac whenever he gets a little angry, so the mobians had to be careful. Even though they tried their best, they made him angry. Eggman made his badniks kill the mobians, everyone except for Tails who was out to get something. After some time and trying to calm himself with a song, he couldn’t handle it. He became insane, so insane he has torn his eyes out. His misery continued until he died.

it took me until replaying this video that AMY AND RAY ARE LITERALLY IMPALED BY THE TREES
I can think of a story in the song called prey when furnace went straight into sonic so in fight or flight tails didn't see sonic dead but when starved eggman turned normal eggman was normal but he was depressed because he did all of this and the reason why tails eyeballs came out that means starved eggman came back

Prediction: Eggman killed everyone thinking they would respawn, but they didn't so he got scared. And tails went insane because canonically he can't die. So he tried to kill himself by ripping out his eyes and it didn't work. And then the game crashed. (THE END)
