Unown King is a cancelled character meant to appear in Lullaby V3.
Boyfriend gets a used copy of Pokemon Silver for Christmas with a special note attached that says
“Do not start a new game. Continue off of my saved file. I have captured the three legendary dogs, and I have given the GS Ball to Caesar. As soon as you talk to him, you can capture Celebi. Apart from Celebi, I have already captured 248 Pokemon, excluding Lugia and Ho-Oh. Please capture them, and complete the Pokedex.”
