People, Kaeya MUSTN'T be so underrated, he is C tier, meanwhile his brother Diluc is S tier, It makes no sense in the lore. People call him useless, bad, and that its not worth building him, I dont agree. I am going to ask you something, As you know you can send suggestions to Developers of Genshin Impact. Go there right now and send them a suggestion, a feedback whatever you call it. Ask them to update Kaeya, his powers and his tier, he deserves much better. I am going to do so too, If a lot of people going to do this, the developers will react. now copy my comment and paste it everywhere in related posts and videos, spread the word.
Kaeya deserved to be loved too, not to be called useless.
