  1. I don't believe this game will be too enjoyable if they don't add something to keep people entertained. Can you imagine how much of a bother it will be to have to travel all maps to the hideout? And end up tapped by reshala on the HMG that sensed your presence from 60 meters away from behind a wall just to lose all your progress you had in 5 hours of gaming? Oh boy.

  2. sorry this is going to be a long one, just wanted to get my thoughts out there.

The Karma System doesn't matter at all for scavs but if they botch the PMC version of karma they could potentially ruin the game. i know most of the streamers are playing this game because the pvp in this game is really fun( aside from the desync and glitches), which also includes me. if the consequences are that bad for kos PVP then the only outcome i see coming to the game is mostly super low tier gear runs. there will be no reason to run good weapons and armor and risk someone just shooting you in the back because they wanted what you had. I mean lets be honest its so much fun killing full meta gamers but that will be a thing of the past since nobody will want to take good gear out because they will have to shoot on site and then have to deal with consequences. people are naturally greedy when it comes to things like this, rust is a good example if you see a low tier player most people will try and make friends with him and have fun but you see some full meta guy rolling around your going to kill him because its really good gear and it will be the same scenario for tarkov. all you need to kill scavs is a busted 7.62 ak with bp or the new ammo in it or a sks and you can kill players pretty easy with that aswell. they only way i see this working is if its a money dump to reset karma so people dont have 300mil 2 months into wipe. I cant speak for everyone but i hope bsg will revert any changes that the majority of the community hates or doesnt like. i have seen and played games where the devs just didnt care and it killed the game H1Z1 for instance basically lost 90% of its player base in less 2 weeks because of a combat update and never reverted it. they just kept saying you will get used to it. I truly love playing this game and thats the reason i am so concerned about something that could "make or break the game".

PS. i forgot to mention there wont be any reason to go loot the good tier areas and rooms because if someone sees you in there or come out of there, i promise they will KOS , i know i would.

i have a lingering feeling that they will say you can go play arena with your gear in stash and money if you want PVP but that wont work either because the game will just turn into money runs (hatchet or pistol only for the majority of the players that dont have a full understanding of the game and how to make money) on reserve and interchange so people can get gear to go pvp with no consequences. Personally i would like BSG to do a social experiment and either put up a poll on if they added a 3rd option ( instead of USEC or BEAR) and you were able to KOS i would put my money on the majority of the community to pick that faction .

I personally dont care about worst loot chance or having to pay more to traders for bad karma( to me that is fair) but if they make your weapons jam more and things that drastically effect your gear like that will break the game in my opinion. i understand they want to make it not KOS but most of the streamers including me really enjoy the pvp. i dont care about scavs or scav bosses i honestly think its a waste of bullets and tells other pmcs that your there most of the time i ignore them. Tarkov to me has a extremely unique pvp game and i would hate to see them ruin it if they way overdo the Karma system.

  3. Ohhh wait if they connect all maps what will happen with raid timers and everything like map size and have they connect, if you go from customs to lighthouse will you be able to extract there or have to go back and how will timing come to play

Also imagine airdrops you could find a signal or flare pistol and call one in but everyone could see it or hear/see the plane dropping it and if you get the loot it could be a randomized set of loot but all high tier maybe

  4. The biggest and most positive change would be a revival system. Considering the TTK, the ability to revive your teammates will make things much more rewarding and firefights a bit more thought through.

  5. Well the future of tarkov isn’t what I found interesting in tarkov. But we will see, they might cancel some of them. Like they wanted to add a 12 slot container with separate slots but they just gave kappa.

  6. To be honest, the "dYNamIc" traders is probably the stupidest thing I have heard Nikita spill. The game is already extremely tedious with a lot of it's features and at that point we are crossing from game territory to some sort of weird simulator territory. It isn't arealistic game, so saying it is a realy combat sim would be just wrong. I really like EFT, don't get me wrong, but saying "then stop playing or adapt to the new reality noob" isnt gonna solve anything. Since the game is still mid development, we are technically the beta testers and are here to point out whats bad, what's good. Currently the game is in a great position, where all of the core gameplay, that we so much enjoy, is in the game already. it reallly just needs a little bit of polish and a more engaging quest/story line. (And maps I guess, sure.) The karma system… ahhhh. Well, it's a great idea, BUT. There is a problem. People are assholes and wont care, most of them will just keep killing on sight putting the careful ones in a disadvantage, just making the system collapse. (I know the arguments for it, I am just very doubtful that it will work).

Also, hwo long would have even been? 4 hours? 5? And you gained nothing. Mostly just walked around. Most people dont have hours and hours of free time. This will effectively soft lock all the people with active jobs, people who are on unis and well, almost everyone. Only a very few people will be left. And thats not a great financial model. Nor sustainable.
I am very concerned that Nikita will ruin this game with is grandiouse plans. But I guess, we will have to see. And no, saying "Arena will fix that" isnt an argument, its gonna be a different game than is tarkov and different from what makes tarkov great.

  8. I am a lil bit worried about this dead drop thing, since the only thing that matters in the game is loot and not the life of pmc, people will just shove anything they have in the stash(if extract allows that much loot) and sit there unarmed stupidly waiting to die, I think karma should at least decrease from every pmc death, so there would be point in protecting ur life and not the loot

  9. the storie is dream it will never happen that scav in the real internet world would 100% try to kill you with his sks he has nothing too lose and everything too gain from trying

  10. My experience in MMO's with a karma system tells me nobody will give a fuck unless it locks you out of the game at a certain point. I played a few MMO's now with karma for killing same faction players and yeah, if you've got a shiny, the other person wants a shiny, they're going to take the shiny. No amount of consequences stops this short of "you can't play anymore".

If the flea market exists post-launch then I probably won't play it. Flea lets any scrub get best ammo and gear and introduces RMT to the game. I don't want it. I want to have to grind for the best gear guns and ammo and it should be highly touted getting that from the raid. Flea market removes all willingness for me to go into raid except to make money to get the better gear, but it takes like 1-2 raids to get enough money to buy the best gear in the game. Flea bloats the economy. It's useless and nobody benefits from it except the casuals.

  11. sounds kinda Dayz with steroids, but I doubt it will ever be a thing all this stuff, starting with that open world, doesn't seem to suit the game

  12. Your completely forgetting the fact that you’ll just get one tapped by a pistol 2 mins in to your start at customs lol…. forget surviving shoreline and light house on top of that 🤣🤣🤣
