Always Board Never Boring wanted to post a quick update regarding Games Workshop preorders that went live on 8 May 2021 and those that will be going live 15 May 2021. It seems we are back into the weekly cycle of announcements and releases, with lots of new products incoming, including the Soulblight Gravelord battletome and a host of new plastic miniatures, including some zombies Always Board Never Boring doesn’t hate. Products still seem to be selling out quickly though, so keep on your toes for anything that looks like it will be popular.
Full details on preorders are available on the Warhammer Community page:

You called it!! On the Necromunda transfers.
With you on the Vamps – thought I was going to like them, but now…eh. I was hoping to buy the Crimson Court warband for WHU, but…well…who knows if that’ll be available any time soon.
GW seems to have gotten into a habit of underestimating the demand for their products. At the end of the day they lose out on money just as much as we lose out on products.
I was super hyped for the Soulblight Gravelords. I've wanted a reboot of Vampire Counts since before Age of Sigmar. But looking at the range in it's entirety, I'm not really that interested. I love the Mother of Nightmares and definitely plan on picking it up but the rest of the models aren't doing it for me. I love the Crimson Court though and was lucky enough to get them at my local game store.
The transfer sheet was interesting but a 20 pounds that is a lot. I dont know how big it is or how many you get I suppose. It is also odd how it was a one off deal not and a line of products but at 20 pounds I was not going to buy it. The vampire models I just love the whole range. I was a big fan of the old classic models they did and I love they followed that classic style, added a new new models with a twist. The bats, the wolves, the skeletons, zombies, lords, knights even the dice are just amazing. It is going to be a pretty expensive couple of weeks.
I looked at 10am at the transfers, decided £20 was to much. Had nonbuyers regret in afternoon, and they'd sold out D'OH
Sounds like all the ppl who are disappointed with the Soulblight are disappointed bc they arnt Warhammer Vampire Counts…guys…. THIS ISNT WARHAMMER FANTASY!!!
Hedkrakka’s Madmob looks nice ta me.
I don't understand why they can't get product into the hands of their customers. I went into a Games Workshop store and had a great time. I'd never really looked at their miniatures. They have some really wild stuff and I'd guess the quality is good. It should be for the price. The place was busy and had constant traffic.
Imagine trusting GW to properly follow through on things after Cursed City
On the transfers, no need to spend 20 pounds when one could easily collect fan made and real images of signs, posters, and haz stripes (Or make your own) and print them on a color printer.
Don't fall for their FOMO strategies. People are dumb, if they now pre-order even more and faster. Will people ever learn to resist abusive corporate strategies?
Completely agree with you on the Zombies! Goofy & silly are the right terms. I will of course buy plenty of these Undeads and Vampires. I like the more delicate Designs. I absolutely hate "Primaris" Sigmarines. Can't they come up with new ideas?
Thinner – made me immediately think of those fucking Sister's of Battle walkers….awful things
Yeah, I'd love to trade a sprue of my CC zombies for these new ones. Thumbs up for skellie bois!
I never understood the mindset of the community getting all hyped for a week of previews when judging by Cursed City GW can't get their production lines right.
I'm imagining the poor guys in the factory sweating and freaking out " they announced what now!?! We're already 6 months behind. Marketing bastard!"
Yeah we definitely disagree on the vampires. I think they look amazing
Some really nice zombies and skellees.
They need to just build another factory, and open up the damn made to order. Want Cursed city, bam. Want Tau or Necron Eradicator box from some odd christmas, bam. As a brand new player it doesn't really encourage me to keep exploring 40k if literally anything I want to buy is either out of stock or get the lube out for ebay. Blows my mind a company this large, w/ large customer base, & growing fanbase, can choke so hard on their supply chain.
How the heck can transfersheets be sold out… Every Kickstarter is more reliable than GW at the moment….
those necromunda transfer sheets are definitely not cool enough to warrant that price
the stormcast eternals have gotten taller over time so maybe this third gen of them is even taller and that's why they look thinner?
