If your fully going for a movespeed Trollish build, you should upgrade your Q first for more Movespeed. Also, i always max Q first against ranged champs, it not like you're gonne get value from having E maxed while you never use it against a teemo

Just so you know use your q during e it doesn't cancel e just gives you a speed boost that's how you do the thing you were trying to do lol. Also into teemo a good pick up is ghost flash. Just murder him off ghost cd. That teemo threw you a soft ball and went phase too tho.
