Do you believe their bringing Oblivion to ESO, time zone? this will be very weird because ESO takes place a 800 years before oblivion, and if, as you say, this is going to take place in Cyrodill, what are they going to do with the PVP zone, sigh I hope they keep the time zones intact, but somehow I doubt it, we have so many other places we could go, why are they doing Oblivion now, I'm confused

I would rule out Leyawiin, it only has mountains on one side and the trailer shows mountains on both sides. Skingrad however, it looks like the real location and has a city skyline closer to the trailer.
Did bosmers in ESO always have cross pupil? I have one bosmer girl character for a while, but didn't notice that…
I thought it was that one dungeon in ESO based in valenwood where you deal with scamps around and stuff

The Blackmarsh scenes could be one of two things. The first is that it could be for the prologue quests that come out before the actual expansion and sets up the story. Or, if it is not that then it could be; and this is what I believe it is most likely going to be, the location of the two dungeons that gets released after the prologue quest but before the expansion as part of the year long story.

These recent ES:O dlc's have alot of big lore revelations, foreshadowing, maybe?

For the blackmarch part remember that there is most likely a dungeon dlc before the chapter
And both the year of the dragon and the dark heart had dungeon that were not themed with the chapter region
For elswer we got an ayleid ruin in cyrodill and a dwemer ruin in eastmarch on the other side of tamriel
And for skyrim we got a Redgard/ ra gada tomb in southern bankorai
Sure there is lore reason for these place but its not to farfetched to think it could be the same this time around

They added those Oblivion marked books into ESO I found one in summerset during the psijic main quest line a few days ago

Also at the end of Markarth the Pyrewatch lady said she would try recruiting in Kvatch I believe
Maybe with the Black Marsh and Argonian they are hinting on How exactly they knew all along why Oblivion would invade in "TES Oblivion". Of course the Hist trees but maybe they're gonna elaborate on how they obtained that knowledge
Judging by zone sizes, the main chapter will probably be Blackwood, and the smaller zone dlc will probably feature Skingrad.

If it’s in skingrad I would also request some turkeys walking around in the wilderness alongside a pet turkey in the crown store. Reason being the Colovian roast turkey recipe in the game so I want the actual turkeys.

Remember how the Mythic Dawn tried to invade Black Marsh but got so overwhelmed that they had to shut the Oblivion gate themselves.
At least, that's what I remember. Some details might be fuzzy.
Also, don't forget to visit Kvatch where, nearby, is a farm with The Sunken One and we may yet learn more.

Skingrad looks much closer. There's a building it has that the other city doesn't that matches up with the picture, and the mountains match much more closely.
