I mean, at least they never added pvp in Genshin so that's amazing and refreshing to not care about power or balance, I just like the characters given in both f2p and paying to enjoy. Heck, I never want Barba and they still have an event for f2p users to get her. Also their other game Honkai gives events where you keep the new character (basically new skin of the same waifu or a complete new waifu unless it's locked behind gatcha shards).
Asking for char ballance in a gacha game is like asking for resin in a gacha game dies inside it never happens
Tbh I think ganyu's damage is just the side effects of zhongli controversy, she probably was supposed to be a support with good dps like fich, mihoyo is probably afraid of another zhong incident so they overbuffed her so that they don't have to deal with it.
