Starting from patch 1.3, you can use your controller when playing genshin impact on IOS device. From what I know, only IOS 14 which is supported. For android devices, it seems we still need to wait to be able to use our controller (legit way, there are 3rd party apps which allow you to use controller). Thanks for watching.

It’s only giving me the option for touch screen when I have my Xbox controller connected. Any idea why? I’m iOS 14.4
