1.4 the worst update so far. Based on the rumors I mean: 1 new character for 6 weeks. Probably more then 50% of ppl already have venti and diluc especially if they’ve been playing sense launch. Mihoyo is gonna make nothing they really should have added a new 4 star for each banner rerun/old character banner. Then it would give ppl incentives to wish on them.
