The best thing about HP% is… you probably already have tons of them.
I am going with attack because I still keep qiqi as a backup in every team.
for low budget player or ftp player HP is the way to go, a shield worth around 15K hp is broken
I kinda pretty much have to use a hp% time piece because I rolled +42% crit damage on the sub stats
Hey thanks for making this video. It was helpful but when you use the hp build, did you do full hp or only on the hourglass? I have zhongli with skyward spine and artifacts hp, geo dmg, crit rate. 2 pc bolide and 2 pc Petra for shield and geo dmg. Would you recommend going full hp? Or should I leave zhongli as it is rn. I’m going for strong shields and big burst dmg. He is support for me.
The difference in dmg is not so big but the benefits you will get as HP build is more than atk build. I say HP still the best build for him. The fact that all geo characters gets a buff because of the new resonance Ningguang and MC and even Noelle and Albedo gets an increase to dmg. I will stick to MC as main DPS and Zhongli as my main support/burst.
At this point hp is better cuz you'll have almost unbreakable shield !
My Zhongli is Hybrid HP/Atk% coz I don't really have a choice those are the stats that the game wants to give me.
What about going bloodstained & gladiator with HP vs Atk as mainstat on sands?

well i suggest, if you use xiao, go with HP artifacts

I have been trying to get zhong li from the very begining, I failed, now this just hurts me even more.
I'm torn between using primordial or black tassel on him ngl. I do want him for the sweet sweet shield but…i feel like its a waste to not use primordial spear TvT
if pvp became a feature in the game zhongli would have ascended to a new tier entirely..
