1. Albedo and Ganyu are probably my two favorite 5 stars! And I’m just fortunate enough to get both of them. They have different and unique playstyles but they’re both so much fun, but yeah Ganyu’s just a little bit better imo. Thanks for all your hardwork Walrus!!

3. Fun watch. I wish there was more reactions with geo. Albedo really made me like the geo element more. These two are so much fun to use. I was going to skip 1.2 all together but these two got me with their playstyle and personalities XD worth the primos

5. Great video! Personally I like Albedo more due to his easy play style and team composition. Ganyu support works but doesn’t really fill the roll of my team. I think Ganyu fits a slower but hard hitting style of gameplay while Albedo fits a faster dps gameplay style. Ganyu is more exposed to damage when attacking while Albedo creates shields that stop damage. They are pretty opposite in these regards and I think both are great. Looking forward to future videos!

7. I don’t know… I do 10k+ every 2 secs with Albedo’s E with a 3 star weapon. I think Defenders Will with Archaic Petra is slept on. He literally can enable anyone to be DPS or do more damage. I dunno I think this video was a little bias, you clearly built Ganyu more than Albedo ofc she will feel better to play.

10. Easily Ganyu. I do refuse to use male chars cause why the hell would I want to see them on my screen but also I have seen Albedo in action from others using him… he's very eh. Ganyu is nuke where ever she is and honestly even if she was she a mediocre unit aesthetically no one else comes anywhere close.

11. i had the opportunity of getting a c2 albedo without spending money and having the amos bow already for ganyu so i only needed to spend money to actually get her (only pulled for c0). both are amazing in the roles they intend to fulfil but i would say that ganyu is just a little bit better at her role but albedo is definitely easier to kit and use, especially with us getting the r5 festering desire

15. Albedo only needs a 3 star weapon to be good. That’s why I used my pity on his banner. I know this might sound strange to some, but I would have used my pity on Ganyu’s banner if I have an extra set of bow other than the Favonius warbow which I already have on fischl.

    I feel so lonely since nobody seems to share this concern.

20. Thanks for the video.. I do feel that Albedo got a bit of the short end there.. But I do get that Ganyu is the overall better unit.. At least for main dps or sub-dps function.. As a pure support role Albedo has very few equals though… ^^

24. Albedo's e damage proc'd by any damage, so I'm not sure why he couldn't be ran alongside Ganyu. Examples of supports that need the on field carry to auto are xinqiu, beidou and fischl c6

29. Ganyu just became my favorite 5 star, from her looks to her voice to even the little things like her dosing off idle animation 😍. Whether she would have been less powerful than she is or not i would have pulled for her either way. Ganyu and albedo definitely have become incredibly useful addition to my teams.

I would argue Albedo is actually one of the best supports for Ganyu, other supports can't support Ganyu as consistent as Albedo can, essentially Ganyu right now can be played in 2 ways, you can go for less consistent high dmg reaction or consistent dmg/consistent reaction and I think this last one actually outdps the other one and it's because of how her Q works, if you go with melt comp for Ganyu what do you have? Diluc, not a sub dps, C4 Klee I guess could be use but trying to control the explosions with her with Ganyu's Q I guess it could work I guess you could build both as DPS and whoever triggers the reaction it's ok for high burst but will fall off when Klee's abilities are on CD, then Bennett as we all know amazing healer and dmg buff but his pyro application is yikes and lastly you have Xiangling, this is as consistent as it gets however you will prob end up triggering melt correctly about half the time with any luck. Then for freeze comps you have Barbara, not very good as you have to get to meele distance to apply wet which sucks, same thing with Xingqiu, having to do to meele feels weird for Ganyu and for his ult you'll need to AA in the middle of your charge shots which is bad for dps and lastly Mona, imo she is the only one you can use with Ganyu for a freeze comp without sacrificing gameplay and actual dps. Lastly there's the other way to play Ganyu, consistent DMG less dependant on reactions, for this comp all you want is for enemies to consistently be affected by Cryo with the Blizzard Strayer set for an extra 40% Crit Rate. A comp for this would be Ganyu, Venti, Albedo, Diona. With this comp, you can start with Ganyu's Q E combo into Venti's E Q, with this unless you're against slimes you should be able to apply Viridescent Veneer's effect pretty often for a 40% Cryo resist shred. Into Albedo's E, now what's amazing about Albedo's E is that it lasts for so long I think 30+ secs meaning you only need to use one E about every 2 Ganyu's burst and due to how both interact they have about the same AoE and they both trigger each other perfectly, on top of that you'll get guaranteed crystallized Cryo shields for the most part due to your party not using other elements for reactions and you can go further and have Albedo with the full petra set pick up one of the extra orbs for a monstrous bonus cryo dmg (I personally don't but just an idea) on top of this you get shields that increases Ganyu's much needed resist for interruptions and crystallize not consuming the element is prob what you want the most for consistent dmg, if you were to use fischl you'll consume the reaction every time fischl applies electro and you'll have a little bit the same problem as Chongyun with the blizzard strayer set and freeze comps, enemies will not have cryo applied half the time. For this reason this last one is my preferred team comp for Ganyu as it's the most consistent for dmg and the most comfortable to play.
