Should I go for crit damage circlet instead of crit rate? Currently using staff of homa R1. My crit rate might suffer as most of my artifacts doesn't have a crit rate as a sub stat. Help!!

Okay so now my biggest question staff of homa non refined vs death match max refined since you can get it through the battle pass it will be much easier for people to get?
And if the death match maxed out is just as good as the homa would it really be worth it pulling for homa?
