  1. Agreed…and thank you for bringing this up. People forget this is a mobile game first…..yeah it’s on PC and PS….but that doesn’t make it a full on game….mobile games, sadly, come in patches.

  2. The game's so casual that a lot of of people just skipping reading tutorials, character talents, lore (including NPC lore or territory lore), getting into event without reading desc..

    And then they complain…

    WhY CooLDowN sO LoNG?!
    THe StoRy ArE MeH..
OH gOD WhY NerF hER BooBIEs?!
    HoW dID tHaT KILled Me?!

  3. I found it funny that some content creators kept calling her a spear/female Keaya. Which if they even bother to read her kit, they'll notice that idea is absurd. Keaya's kit is selfish or is meant to be a carry. His passives and constellations shows he can only affect himself and that's why I don't want him as a support or rather found him lacking in that department. Rosaria on the other hand Excells at being a support, for melee carries. Bad analysis leads to bad expectations.

  4. This has me kinda worried for end user license agreement cus i be seeing so many people hyping her up and looking at her leaked multipliers and how she would work, people should prolly lower that hype and their expectations (look what happened with Dongli). From the jump i knew Rosaria wasn't gonna be super op, just a pretty balanced unit. Like, Eula ain't gotta be the new top dps, just as long she can do a good amount of damage its fine. She seems pretty cool tho ig.

  5. People need to realize that Rosaria's just a 4*. If they wanna compare her damage with anyone, they should compare her with Xinyan (the pyro Xinyan, not "XINYAN" Xinyan) who was the last newly released 4* dps

  6. I hate characters in this game that do big pp damage with no effort, half the fun in the game is building up characters to be good. That’s why I love building up “bad” characters like my chongyun and keaya

  7. Not gonna lie I like watching genshin YouTube creators cuz its funny watching people spend hundreds to thousands every 3 weeks for a game they can't progress for more than 20 mins a day. While I spent 60 on Monster hunter and can binge 12 hours plus a day if I want. Lol

  8. People will say "but muh Diluc does [insert damage here] with one burst". Ah yes, well what about THE REST OF THE TIME WHEN YOUR ULT ISN'T READY. Just because you can oneshot a Ruin Guard with a lvl 13 fantastic voyage Bennet, all the food buffs, 700 Elemental Mastery Sucrose, Mona's Ult and Vaporise, it doesn't really matter if you're doing something with more than two enemies in it. Sustained DPS is a viable alternative too.

  9. Im ar 50 and i only have two 5 stars which is both c1 (keq, mona) and i crush abyss cause genshin is a total pve game you just need good artifacts roll and resources id rather have god artifact roll than a early pity

  10. Oh man those videos or posts where someone pulls a 5 star but they’re not very happy about it and the comments are saying “how dare you so ungrateful”. If they don’t like the unit they don’t like em lmao who cares if it’s like diluc and he’s strong, if they don’t want him that’s fine 🤷🏻‍♀️

  11. rosaria is a good dps for f2p users who pull for characters with hard earned primogems, i have a friend who has klee and venti but wants a polearm dps he doesnt like xiangling's playstyle and wants a fun playstyle character like xiao unfortunalty he lost the 50/50 with his hard earned primogems and got qiqi , he used qiqi as his main healer and now after rosaria's release,3 pulls and he got her and he built her physical build with the dragonspine spear and he is so far enjoying her playstyle as a physical dps

  12. Way too many gamers are focused on 'the best', slaves to the meta, whatever. They get so upset when someone isn't playing the game like they are. In the case of an MMO, when you are actively playing with other players constantly, I get it, don't waste the other players time. But with a mostly single player game, who TF cares?

  13. i think another major part of rosaria discourse is that a lot of players are getting used to the power creep that's happening. the new characters coming out are very obviously overtaking the older characters in terms of utility, dps, etc. the idea that a new character has to be inherently better than all other characters before it will just make the power creep absolutely horrible and make it so that older characters will becomes weaker the longer the game goes on.

  15. Mihoyo knows how to make a casual game and crank it up to 11. They have done it before. Pretending like it won't get harder, when the game is 6 months old and stressing it casualness might disappoint people when in 6 months to a year, when we get beefier monsters that have cheap mechanics the will end you. Not every update needs to be a whole 10 hr boss fight or something hardcore, and I don't mind all the little games and side quests they add but keep in mind this is a anime hack and slash rpg with some lite mmo elements so far, the world for that matter is dealing with a virus still. So it has maybe caused some delays and a lot of the side quests could be filler to what they are really working on. Don't tell people its a hardcore rpg but don't call it a causal game when the game isn't even a year old we got like 80% of the world still waiting to be released, for all we know they might expand the game as far as game mechanics, dungeons, raids, who knows? Any hack and slash I have ever played started easy but as you spent more time in the world and more content was release, it got hard. Hyping the game to hardcore or causal is just toxic, like when youtubers started hyping Zhongli and once we got him, he was okay, but they hyped him so much, that the reality angered most people, to the point that he got buffed when he didn't need it. Geo needed buff, but not him and geo. Same as electro, buff resonance but making keqing a god isn't needed to make electro good. If you like playing casual go for it, if you like building every single character go for it, but before we start trying to tell Mihoyo to give us casual game or a hardcore game, how about we just don't start making camps for one or the other. All that's going to happen is it's going to make the community get into camps and argue and people will just quit if it goes one way or the other. A year from now, we shall see.

  16. genshin impact is a LOT of people's first action rpg gacha game. so when these people look up video and stuff, theyre bound to find videos that decides "oh hutao is an amazing dps", "diluc's a bad 5 star" and some will get discouraged, upset while some will follow that mentality. i pick up genshin because im a big fan of the japanese va in this game. so i really hope people will remember why they pick up genshin in the first place. you like gacha and decided to play genshin? valid! you like the character designs? valid! you like big damage go brrrr? valid!

just know that, the reason why you like the game might not be the same as someone else's reason to like the game. so dont try to mock/force them to play like you do. and you also dont have to play the game like everyone else. you dont like doing spiral abys?? me too! genshin is a fun game with awesome character designs, music and art! have fun exploring teyvat y'all.

  17. Casual doesn't mean total faceroll. It doesn't need to be Bloodborne, but it does need a challenge and a progression curve, otherwise I get bored. I need my entertainment to be engaging (and it can accomplish it in many different ways, I was super engaged with the exploration/puzzle/discovery aspect of the game, but I've long 100% all of that so there no more engagement to be gained from this aspect of the game). I don't need a timewaster in my life (if something is super easy, and doesn't push me to play better or figure stuff out better, then it's too boring and just wastes time). I have an entertainment slot in my day, but I don't have "bored out of my mind waste of time" slot in my day.
And you can't "casually" beat all the content. You do need to have decent team and decent skills or practice for 9-staring Spiral Abyss, or getting all rewards in some events like Hypostatic Symphony.

I don't agree with the negative opinions on Rosaria, but I do believe people have the right to complain. You forget many people pay for those characters. You have the right to complain if money was involved. It would be different if Genshin was a game with equal and immediate access to all the characters (like Path of Exile, or DOTA2 or something), but Mihoyo based their entire payment model around incentivizing you to gamble for new enticing characters. People have the right to complain if said characters don't meet their expectations.

  18. People really need to hear this

Because I genuinely don’t understand why people rush themselves and hit ar 40 in a week

After 2 months of very little play time per day I’m only Ar 32 and taking my sweet time and I’m happier for it
