If you know a creator that you like that is posting leaks, tell them about the legal precautions.

Although leaks can be fun for some, when a company is enforcing their own rules back by a legal system, party is quite over.

  1. Just wanted to clear some comments I see everywhere in the community on other channels when these individuals want to stop leaking
Clearly this isn't a legal advice as I'm not giving any legal advice. I'm saying although leaks can be fun for some, when a company is enforcing their own rules back by a legal system, party is quite over. Instead of pressuring some YT/Twitter partners to leak, let's ask miHoYo for a road map and some clear communication.
TOS is not NDA or DMCA. TOS can still get players account banned that's what I'm concerned about. DMCA is something people who post on Twitter/YouTube etc has to worry about, not players just playing the game.
BUT WE HAVE FUN AT twitch.tv/zealsambitions

  2. They just want the opportunity to release characters and blindside people for their wallets. It will suck when you find out the character you pulled is not that great.
Hire a Beta team mihoyo and stop being cheap if you care so much.

  3. Leakers need to stop and mihoyo needs to tell us a bit more about whats coming in the future lots of other gacha games have roadmaps I think mihoyo should tell us whats happening at least one update in advance eg we should already know what 1.5 has and we should know 1.6 in a few weeks

  4. U dont have to acceot the ToS when datamining , u dont even need to hsve an account , thus the ToS dont apply to leaks themselves πŸ™ƒ
Also i dont think Mihoyo would be able to copyright strike, if someone would only talk about the leaks and not show any content of it. So as long as u would only talk about the leaks technically they shouldnt be able to copyright strike u.

  5. Hoping that mihoyo takes player interest into account and does early content reveals on their own. Otherwise we might be seeing a lot less "im going/saving for thisperson" and a lot more of "i dont need this right now so ill wait and see what comes next"

  6. Ultimately reading about the Hu Tao leaks is what actually brought me back to playing genshin and finding this channel. Without the hype and seeing a character im potentially interested idk if i would have even bothered to pick the game up again.

  7. Chinese company having chilling effect on the community just feels extra dirty… I'll go elsewhere for leaks… if big YT wont cover it… tbh only mattjestic and mtashed really deserve any respect this community off YT because they never shilled.

  8. Important thing to note about Law.
The High Court or Supreme court of any country can summon you for a court hearing from anywhere in the world, if you are found involved in a high profile case, such as international Copyright, and if you fail to appear in the court hearing, or fail to contact them. They can legally pass judgement on you without your knowledge and you'll face legal actions Ordered by the court. No Questions Asked.

  9. emm Mihoyo will never win against human nature. As long as there r still profits to be made by doing leak content there will always be leak stuff exposed. on the other hand it just means the game is popular.

  10. Great informative video! All this copyright strike drama just makes me feel like it’s a good time to take a break from Genshin. Honestly as a light spender the leaks were what kept me forward-looking and encouraged me to save on primos (no thanks to the horrendous gacha rates), but I also understand that leaks can potentially hurt the company as well and we should respect that.

  11. Omg I am not spending any more on this game, I am not funding their lawyers. They should focus on making content instead of going after people who are excited about content that is already leaked!!!
